While I hope that each product works as you expect them to sometimes things do happen. If anything arrives that does not meet your expectations let's talk. Since we are a small business with a goal to keep your costs in check our margins are very minimal. For that reason swapping out product or expediting shipping on replacement parts is going to put us backwards really fast.
I want you to be as excited when you use the product as you were when you first landed on the website. I want to take care of you so please reach out and let's figure something out that works best for everyone.

Do you own a shop or rental outfitter? We would love to hear from you. Wither you are looking to outfit your fleet of machines or you would like to resale these on your shop floor we can work out a pricing and delivery structure that would work best for you.

We are in the business of selling sweet product not selling your data. We are not going to take your information and spam you with unwanted e-mails, we are not going to sell your information to any third parts - I don't care how much they offer!
Please be careful when using SnowMountz in the backcountry. These are intended to carry skis or snowboards to increase mobile option and not intended to replace proper maintenance on your machines. Make sure to have proper training when traveling in the backcountry.
Do not travel on public highways with anything mounted to your SnowMountz. These are intended for off-road use only!
Make sure to check straps, mounting hardware, frame components, and general security of your SnowMountz before each use.
